Providing personal financial advice to families for over 24 years is an achievement we are proud of.
Our clients range from those looking to save for and buy their first home, to those who have built and managed their wealth, and are wanting to settle in their final home.
We have grown our business by helping our clients set and achieve their goals and as a result our clients refer us to their family, friends and colleagues. Client referrals is how we have grown our business since it started, and we are proud to continue this philosophy to this day.

National Seniors Australia (NSA) is Australia’s leading independent voice of the over 50’s, with a nationwide member base of over 200,000 members. NSA strive to represent the views of Australians to all levels of government on issues such as age discrimination, mature age employment, retirement income, health care, aged care and cost of living.
As leading consumer lobby for the over 50’s, NSA is dedicated to fighting for the key issues that directly impact the lives of mature aged Australians through advocacy, research and policy development, and to date NSA have had a positive influence on aged care reform, age pension increases and securing support for older workers just to name a few. The National Seniors Productive Ageing Centre (NSPAC) conducts in-depth research to gain insight into over 50’s, resulting in advocacy work to get real outcomes for older Australians.

Personal wellness has many dimensions including health, social, occupational, spiritual and financial, with many of them being interrelated.
Research suggests that at least 1 in 4 Australians who are within the workforce are financially stressed, and this is having a significant impact on their mental and physical health, their relationships and their productivity and concentration levels at work. The research also supports that employees don’t leave this at home and at least 3 hours a week within working hours are impacted by this type of stress. The cost and lost productivity for businesses can be significant.
Progressive organisations that are committed to the total wellness of their employees need to take note of the mounting evidence and more importantly take action.
Financial Advice Matters Group (FAM) is already working with a number of organisations who are committed to supporting their employees by delivering a multi-module structured education program to not only increase the financial awareness and knowledge for employees, but provide practical tools and skills that they can utilise to more confidently achieve their goals and be empowered to make more informed decisions.
After having an initial discussion to gain a better understanding of your organisation and the goals you are looking to achieve for your team, we will prepare and present for you a tailored program for your consideration that will enhance your employee value proposition and have a positive impact on business performance.
